Black out curtains with voile

We recently stayed in a villa in Portugal that had a double curtain rail with an off white blackout fabric curtain and a voile over the top.

It looked clean and modern but despite endless googling I can’t figure out what the blackout fabric would be called. Does anyone know what I would be looking for?

Can you not just by an off white / natural blackout curtain from somewhere like Dunelm mill?
