Sunlounger fabric has faded

i have two really comfortable sturdy Sun loungers. Probably been in use for about 10 years. However the navy blue fabric has faded dramatically - understandably- so would like to revive the colour

What would be the best product for this?
I have dyed clothing in the past but that’s gone in the washing machine. I think this needs to be painted/sprayed on?

I use the soft side of a dry washing up sponge to apply.
