Does anyone have a blue hallway?

We are redecorating our hallway. I fancy having one wall painted a dark navy blue and the other walls white so it isn't too dark. We have a white staircase too and I would look to do possibly grey flooring to tie it all together. Has anyone got a dark blue hallway they'd be willing to share photos of? Looking online the images are all show home types which just aren't realistic like my 3 bed semi. My partner isn't keen and cant see my vision so I'm hoping some real life piccies might help me persuade him! Thanks

I do, but can't share pics. I've seen 2 others too. It looks quite nice (obviously I'm biased)
If you search DIY navy blue hallway instead, you'll probably see a few more realistic ones. I've definitely seen lots online. I haven't seen it look bad yet! It matches practically everything, and very forgiving colour to paint and live with too.

Ours (400 year old house) is F&B Inchyra Blue with one wall papered in William Morris Strawberry Thief (indigo colourway). The floor - including the stairs - is black, although I used a vintage Arts and Crafts Movement botanical inspired border paper on the staircase risers to add a further layer of interest.

There's one tiny window so it's a fairly dark space, but we decided to embrace this rather than trying to brighten it up as the previous owners had the hall painted white which just looked dingy.

We have loads of colourful art etc on the walls and furniture.

We have just done ours - Farrow and Ball Vardo and white. I have 13 pictures at the framers to put on the Vardo wall
