Sofa quality

I sat on some IKEA sofas and they weren't very comfortable.
I sat on some Loaf sofas and they were lovely but expensive.
I haven't been to DFS / Sofology yet and when I've got time I might venture as far as Cotswold.
Any tips on good quality, comfortable sofas that aren't expensive?

Collins and Hayes are good quality and comfortable. They’re not cheap but not as expensive as Loaf

Sofa.com. I don't find Loaf sofas to be comfortable.

We have had lots of sofas over the years, the best we have found for comfort and longevity are GPlan or Parker Knoll, not cheap but British made and excellent quality.

Yes, they're gorgeous to look at but I can't imagine being able to get up from one when I'm older! And their longevity isn't great apparently, go saggy quite quickly.
