DIY love it or list it

I’ve fallen out of love with house and spend too much time looking at houses (which I can’t afford) on rightmove so I am doing to focus on improving my house. No big building projects just small improvements but a new bathroom. If you were doing the same to your house what would you do?

Biggest difference for me has been decluttering and a lick of paint.

I’m on board with declutter and husband is in theory but not so in practice. My house definitely needs a good paint.

Yes definitely agree about decluttering. I would take out one of the pointless en suites in our place and replace with a decent wardrobe in the tiny room. I think even just upcycling furniture can make a difference. I have wanted a new tv console for so long, ours was on a chest of drawers that were the wrong size for the space with crap around it and the just made a new one myself and rearranged and got storage and it looks so much better. Now I’m going to make the room look more cohesive and a proper style to it. Little things like you :)
