Can anyone recommend a pale olive/khaki green paint for the kitchen

I've bought umpteen testers and nothing works so far, all too bright, like pastels or too dark like turquoise or just too dark. I've mainly bought dulux testers so far

Can anyone recommend a good shade please, not a soft pale green, more a lighter khaki or olive

I tried willow tree, too pale and village maze, too deep and almost blueish. I cant remember the others

We have a farrow & ball ‘vert de Terre’ which we colour matched with a cheaper paint. Friend also has it & it looks really nice in different rooms.

We have B&Q own brand 'Limerick' in our lounge, it is a lovely dark sage green. I have previously been a paint snob but I now use B&Q paint all over my house. It goes on beautifully (and you can use the wall paint for woodwork and metal too).

I've used vert de Terre by F&B it's beautiful

This is how it looks in natural light

I second b and q paint, I love my living room; I'm pretty sure it is ballina

I used Crown mellow sage and its nice although possibly too pale for what you are loking for. Dulux overtly olive also looks nice although I haven't used it myself.

Have you tried Dulux Overtly Olive, or is that too dark for you? I had it in my kitchen and loved it.

We have F&B Olive (an archive colour but still possible to order) in our living room. It's gorgeous....not too dark or too light.

We usually go dulux. Our living room has got 2 walls in overtly olive, which I love. It is east facing. Our kitchen and back extension which face west have tranquil dawn, which is very nice too. They do vary so much with the light though. I've used natural hessian in the living room alongside the overtly olive. When I tried natural hessian tester on the stairs and out the back it was horrible.

Little Greene Paint - Normandy Grey

Or try RAL Code 7092 - if you have a colour code, most places should be able to mix it for you in whatever paint finish you need.

Furries · 27/04/2023 02:45

That code should be 7002 - fat fingers typing there!
