Help me pick wall/floor colours please

I'm decorating my utility room and for the first time ever have decided to put bold wallpaper on one wall. the units are dark blue, worktop is mostly white. I'm not sure what colour to paint the other walls, and what colour of vinyl floor to choose, can you help?

I think you keep it light and neutral and go for white walls. Floor could be darker

I would do cream / ivory walls and wood look flooring (unless the next row is real wood, then I would go for tile effect).
