Outdoor corner sofa

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good corner sofa for the garden that is genuinely suited to being outdoors all year round? Bonus points if it comes with a cover!

Look at Maze Living. We bought a corner one a few years ago and its amazing. Stays outside year round, comes with a cover but it doesn't matter if it gets wet because it dried so quickly.

We bought the Kensington corner sofa from Feature Deco last year. It's great quality, has very deep cushion seating and comes with a cover. Also dries extremely quickly if it gets wet. Costs around £1099.

I second Maze Living. I’ve got one from their “casual dining” range. It has a rising table, so can be used as a coffee table or a dining table. It’s been outside for a year now. It’s great not having to run outside when it rains. Also great for not needing somewhere to store all the cushions, they take up so much room!

That's great to hear how you've found it a year on. I don't really have the space for cushion storage so this is why it needs to be able to stay out all year round.

The cushions are definitely all the same colour, they sometimes look different depending on angle of the light. The seating is quite firm, but really comfortable - it comes with two bench seats as well. I also really like the table-top, I find that glass tops can be really hard to keep looking nice. I think it comes in 3 other colours as well.

I did balk at the price, but waited until they had an offer on. I used to have a rattan-effect set, which was ok and lasted really well. But I got fed-up of cushion storage etc. Am really pleased I went for this, just wish I won the lottery as I’m a sucker for garden furniture and they’ve got loads of lovely items.

Just to add, when I bought, they were including winter covers on most of their products for free (quite rightly at that price!)

ManoMano are good. I bought a big one that you can configure in various ways, fake rattan but looks great. You can buy a cover. We used it in Scotland from April - October and for all the sunny days we get it was amazing value. V comfy with cushions, 6 seater, armchair and 2 big footstools for under £500.

We have this aluminium set, having had rattan style disintegrate quicker than we’d like.

I made a giant one out of pallets. It was my lockdown project. Pallets scavenged for free. Beautiful thick plump pillows from a supplier of 'pallet cushions' £155 (yes there is such a thing that cover seat and back for standard sized 'euro pallets') 2 tins of wood stain preserver £15. . Bag of copper plate and screws to join together. £5
It's lush.. seats 8 - or 4 sunbathing teens.. is used throughout the year.

Cover as its big would have cost £250
so that was a no go...

However landrover waterproof car cover from Amazon was 19.99 and has kept all in immaculate order throughout storms and snow for the last 3 years.

The only thing I would change is that I'm going to repaint the wood this year in a colour to freshen the look.

I did some research around this. To be able to leave the cushions outside all of the time, you need reticulated foam, made so the water runs through super fast, stopping mould.

I had cushions made for built in corner seating.

Yes of course but it doesn't look all that amazing just now in the dark but will put it up tomorrow morning

An only find one snap shot complete with sunbather blacked out.. 🤣.. today is so rainy and miserable it would be too much faff to unwrap it .. but hope you get the idea .
