Online photos for framing

Picking out some photographs for going up our very plain landing, which are the best online services/shops for taking my digital images and resizing them to fit into the frames I've bought? I've looked at 'Design Print', Snapfish, Pics2Posters.. any other suggestions?

I use Google pics

I use Photobox and have been happy with the results. Worth waiting until they have an offer on (if they don’t now!). They seem to have regular sales.

I use Snapfish. Although I find delivery expensive.

Do all resize the photos for you? Pics2posters offer this service but each, say A4, photo is about £5..
