Best place to get carpet (offcuts)

I'm on a tight budget but really need to replace some of the carpets in a house I'm buying. I'm not going to be able to afford to do the whole house in one go (the house is a doer upper). Given that, I think I will prioritise the worst couple of rooms and try and get offcuts. Are there any places particularly good for offcuts? Any websites perhaps?

If you have a local place I’d try there. We have a family run place near us and they are very accommodating and have a good supply of offcuts in their warehouse if you ask.

You need to visit some local suppliers. I found most had offcuts which you then rummage through to find size / colour you need. eBay has some too but then you'll need a fitter.
