I need a new bedspread

It's for a kingsize bed, but does not need to drape right down to the floor. I'd like it to be cotton or cotton-mix, machine-washable, and not have loose or loopy threads. We use our bedspread as an extra layer when it gets chilly, and as a light blanket in the summer, so I'd like it to be drapey and soft as well, not stiff.

I'm completely open as to colour or pattern.

Has anyone got something that fits these requirements? Or seen one in Real Life? Or is there some amazing supplier of bedspreads that I should check out?

Thanks🛌

I've had my eye on this for a while, but I don't really need another bedspread.
I already have this

Next Christmas I am treating myself to www.oliverbonas.com/homeware/patchwork-multicolour-velvet-bedspread-350710

I got a couple of king sized Habitat duvet covers in the sale at Sainsburys/Argos and I really like them - one is fringe which doesn't fit your brief but the other is like a dark jungle and is lovely.

I like the look of some of these in the sale as well: www.linenbundle.com

Oh my, I love the Bohemian one from Amazon - but it's got fringes all the way around.

And oh my, I love the Oliver Bonas one - but I'd be embarrassed to buy it: I'm a patchwork quilter myself! Of course I will make a bedspread, but who knows when, and even once I've started, who knows when I'll finish it, and I need a bedspread until I actually get around to make the one I'm planning to make.
