Currently getting quotes for a new quartz work top and the prices are varying massively between suppliers. I want to go with the cheapest option as the quartz looks very similar to one which is more than double in price. I have tried looking online on what could cause such a price variation but can't find any information. The shop owner told me it was because his product wasn't a big brand and straight from the manufacturer, but the quality was just as good. The worktop comes with a 10 year warranty but I'm not sure if this will be worth anything if the company goes out of business.
Does anyone know what would impact on the quality of a quatz worktop?
