Changing a roller blind

This is probably a very stupid question but I've not changed a roller blind before.

We have one in the bathroom which is mounted outside the window recess. The current blind is 122cm wide. If I were to get a new blind that was 120cm, would we have to move the brackets a cm closer each side, or is there enough give/spring in the blind pole that it would fit? Really want to avoid having to move the brackets if possible!

As someone who has done both 🙄
Either buy 120cm wide blind and drill new holes above existing ones (or where you can drill again)
Dunhelm sell 122cm wide ones which should (fingers crossed) not need new holes drilling (if brackets are same).
I would take a bracket with me to the store and cross check this.
I'm sure someone else may have better advice. I'm not the best with this sort of thing.

Thanks. Really want to avoid drilling if possible, it's into tile. The existing blind which we inherited from our sellers is Dunelm - 122 must be their standard size. Can't find anything I like from there though.

You can use the fittings for the old blind but the fabric from the new blind, and it's straightforward to fit.
