Repeated Overflowing drain

Hi.

I have lived in a house for just over a year now. My drain in my back garden keeps overflowing onto my garden patio. It has now happened 6 times in a year. I’ve had a drain survey done and they said no issue and to use less toilet roll.
I’m so cautious of the amount of toilet roll we all use and never put anything other than toilet roll down. Is there any other reasons why this could keep happening?
Ive checked the man hole in my front garden and I can see that’s blocked up to the drain that leads to my toilet.

At my wits end :-(

Is there much fall on it? As in, enough drop to cope with large amounts of water etc? A decent drainage company should be able to come up with suggestions.

Is it shared with neighbours as they could be putting all manner of things down the loo.
