M&S Sofas

Hi, I've seen a few older threads, but wondered if anyone has any up to date reviews. We've been looking at an M&S chenille fabric sofa with bounce back cushions. We were 99% ready to order, came home and checked reviews and saw some horrible ones.
It seems items purchased a decade ago were good, but has any one purchased anything similar in the last couple of years that they can give some feedback on please.

Purchased one a dozen years ago and it was absolute garbage. I was itching to get rid of it from day 2. Can’t imagine they have improved since then.

We bought a four year old second hand M&S velvet sofa on ebay in 2021. It was in fantastic condition and a further thirteen months on is still wearing really well. It originally retailed at £2000 so I guess it was one of their better ones 😉

I'm not sure what model we have but it was from M&S 18 months ago and is very comfortable.

Chenille is not a sturdy fabric usually so my expectation is that it would not wear very well from that pov, but, I have no experience of this sofa.

We bought 2 sofas from M&S about 18 months ago. They have had to come out 5 times to repair them. Twice as the seat sunk and 3 times for saggy material. So so disappointed. We saved so hard for them too.

Wow Smellypup thats awful. I think we have made our minds up to avoid them.
