Shower or Bath with shower for ensuite

With 3 bedrooms and small family bathroom with shower over bath off hallway for bedrooms 2 and 3, should we have a large shower in the ensuite or a large but not deep (so easy access) bath with good shower over it? 1700mm x 80mm space for either.

Bear in mind, we would have to have a step-up to a shower because the waste has to go over a concrete floor. We could just about have a smaller (1600mm long) deep bath and a separate smaller shower, but more expensive and do we need 2 smallish baths? I like both bath and shower, depending. I am undecided on this, so your thoughts appreciated

If you have one bath already you don't really need another.

Obvious error in my post. I wrote 80mm - meant 800mm. The reason for the dilemma is the bath in the family bathroom is quite small, good for kids, not so much for a large adult. But a bath with shower over is not quite the same as a stall shower. Thanks
