Has anyone ordered online from Furniture Village recently? What was your experience?
I tried to phone yesterday to find out where my order was but their phonelines were closed, automated message saying they would reopen at 1pm today. Webchat also closed. I called at 2pm today, got through after half an hour in queue but the call handler "couldn't heart me" and hung up. Tried calling back and their phonelines are now closed again. What's going on?!
Ordered a piece of furniture with an estimated delivery date of 19th Dec but no sign of it. We really need it before Christmas!
