Pale pink curtains?

I'm after some grown up pale pink /dusky pink curtains. Not dark or barbie pink, beige or too peachy. Sounds easy but apparently not!

Nothing in any local shops so needs to be online. I've bought 4 pairs so far and two were almost beige, one was a very orangey pink and one was definately lilac, despite being called "soft pink".
It's costing me a fortune in returns!

I've looked at Dunelm, The Range, Terrys, Ikea and numerous others.

So has anyone seen IRL some suitable curtains? I'm after something like these pictures.

Oh and eyelet top. Budget about £100ish.
I don't want to have them made.

I've just bought some from Dunelm

Iamnotausername · 17/12/2022 16:54

Thanks for the Dunelm link. Tried them and to me, they were a beigey colour rather thank pink so they had to go back.

As I say, I've tried Dunelm online and even went to the shop which was an hour away.

I bought some from John Lewis, they are more brownish pink - plaster

I really like them

Iamnotausername · 17/12/2022 17:05

Do you know which ones please @woodhill ?

@TimeforaGandT I had a really awful experience in Julian Charles so won't shop there. They look like they might have been OK though! Thank you.

@woodhill I'm not being lazy by not looking. It's just that they look one colour online and another in person! I have got a couple from there due to arrive tomorrow but I don't think they are right.

Yes I used the express service and I'm pretty sure it was called plaster

Really pleased

They sent me a sample

I love pale pink, it actually goes with anything. I need to "watch" this thread for our refurb next year

The ikea pink velvet ones are nice, sadly too expensive?

pimlicoanna · 17/12/2022 20:26

I have some from M&S.

Blondeissimo · 19/12/2022 09:58

These are lovely - I have them in three colours in my house. They do a nice pink which may suit your needs.

@Blondeissimo Thank you. I'm literally packing them up to send them back. They are more brown/beige than pink too.

Oh no! That's such a shame that they're not pink. Good luck in your search. Smile

I have these - they are beautiful! I thought they were discontinued when Laura Ashley closed but seems not! I have lovely white and blush bedsets that looks great with them!

Lydia777 · 19/12/2022 15:01

They are not eyelet though and a pain to put up but worth it I think, as really beautiful and timeless.

The ikea pink velvet curtains are lovely

I have the ikea pink velvet ones and to me they’re a bit too much.

i also have the dunelm Luna blush ones and I know what you mean, they are quite a ‘cold’ pink but I’m happy with them and they look great with grey
