Dragon plant dead leaves

I bought a dragon plant a few months ago as I wanted a bit of colour in my room but something without much maintenance.

Been watering it every 1 to 1 and half weeks with lukewarm water per instructions.
But notice a lot of the leaves are dead looking at the tips.

I've just been around it and taken the fully dead ones out and this is what's left. I don't have it next to a radiator.

Is this normal? I feel the soil it's in and don't water it until it feels almost dry so I'm not over watering it.

Any tips to stop this look as I really like the plant

(For some reason I can't add a pic as it's playing up , not updating to newest pics or letting me take any)

Thanks

I rarely water mine and it's thriving. It hasn't been watered now in a couple of months saying as it's winter. My house is cold as well.
I might be doing it wrong but my plant seems happy enough maybe try watering a bit less for a while?

I thought it would look worse if I didn't water it but I will leave it now and see what happens. Thanks for replying
