I’m renovating the house and trying to get everything sorted so we can have a nice Christmas and invite a few friends and family round. I plan on doing all this myself but want to get some perspective on what is achievable in the time. Everything will be white to make it easier. I’d like to:
- Paint the lounge (one coat needed on walls only, all white)
- Paint the hallway and landing (walls & ceiling are newly plastered so will need mist & couple of coats.). Need to do coving, picture rail & skirting too.
- Paint the front door (already sanded and prepped, needs 2 undercoats & top coat)
- Tile & grout the walls of small downstairs shower/loo & paint walls & woodwork.
- Paint the kitchen diner (one coat needed on walls & ceiling)
How long do you reckon all this is going to take? I’d love any advice, inspiration and motivation!
