Curtain emergency. Spangle or plain?

Im getting curtains for a new build . Ceiling to floor. I have to choose fabric but torn between sort of shiny? Or muted plain. Tbh I always liked cream plain curtains but this will not go. Carpet is silver grey. Coach blue velvet. Walls white
help are these too shiny ? Are the plain too plain?

The last ones are nicest. I'm not personally keen on spangly curtains but I suppose it's individual choice.

Yes I’m thinking maybe spangly would be too much. I’m naturally drawn like a magpie to spangle but then I think no!
maybe would hate them I don’t want them to take over the room!

Also the plain ones come in various shades of muted grey-Griege and beige.

I think the plain ones would look good. Add blue plant pots and maybe a fancy rug?

I don't think those shiny ones (first pic) are enormously daring, they are still neutral in my opinion. If you like them, go for it!

I like the first bigger picture. Quite different colours though.. which looks ll better
