Advice regarding drs sofa delivery

So first things first, I am going to call them tomorrow. Just after advice.
I have just moved into my flat and unfortunately realised that the width of the door is 1cm shorter then the smallest side of the sofa I've ordered from dfs. The door is 72 cm, shortest side is 73cm.
From experience of sofa deliveries can anyone tell me if they can likely still get the sofa in by tilting it or something?
I have no idea!

Ring and speak to them. Some sofas are delivered without the arms which the delivery team fix on once it's in the room you want it in.

I can't see how they would take the arms off on this sofa as it's the belair.
I am going to ring them in the morning

Can you imagine whether the arms will squish down by a centimetre or two? That’s what needs to happen.

I'm sure they'll tell you when you phone that the feet will unscrew and they will tilt and pivot (!) it to get it in, they're experts at maneuvering furniture in tight spaces.

I had a delivery recently and was worried about the same thing, but the feet were not attached and they put them in once they got in, so I think it will be ok.

Ooh the feet! I think you’re fine so long as you have room to get it to the door.

DFS sofas come with transport feet that can be removed and then show feet are put on in situ.

I recently ordered a sofa from DFS and they sent me an email about checking measurements but on their website they only have the height of the sofa including the removable feet and back cushions, which wasn’t much help. In the end, I travelled to a store with a tape measure, and fingers crossed it seems like it will fit through my doors with the feet and cushions removed.

Mine is similar from dfs, it’s the loch leven four seater, went in fine as the arm panels and feet come off.

I bought mine after a video visit to the showroom, that was one of my questions and the salesperson was carrying a measuring tape so we could work all that out. Try a live video chat rather thana phonecall?
