It will cost to bring the kitchen out by one meter ( knock down wall and go out towards the garden) change and reconfigure kitchen/ utility and put an L shape sunroom type extension on ? I obviously understand that it will vary on house size so ours is a fairly big (not massive) house. Coukd you be talking £200k ?
