Expensive looking cheap vinyl flooring

I need to put a floor down which will only be down for about a year so I dont want to spend loads. Its for a kitchen/breakfast room but I dont want something that looks cheap. Any ideas? There must be something. Thank you!

I have vinyl flooring in both my kitchen and bathroom which are printed in distressed floorboard effect. One is oak, one is a bleached effects. They both look good and not cheap (although they cost very little as remnants from a little shop with rolled-up remnants outside).
They're both textured so non-slip and I clean them with a scrubbing brush when I need the exercise!
