Reading lamp for bedside table/clip onto headboard that doesn't disturb the other person

Any recommendations? No idea where to start. Which lighting companies would you recommend to take a look at? Must be decent and hopefully no more than £50-£75

If get a kindle paperwhite instead. Very minimal light on low light setting. I don't think there is a clip on light with enough light to read by that wouldn't be a disturbance

I should have explained, it's not for me it's a gift request. Someone who won't entertain the idea of a kindle.

I have a clip-on reading light which clips onto the book rather than the headboard / bedside table. I would recommend.
