Anyone else had their sofa delivery delayed? If so have you been given a timescale?

Hi I have order from dfs last week but now I want to cancel my order which has not been delivered yet and would like to order the different range Which is only online. I have been told I can't cancel the order. But at the store the advisor did told us we can cancel it. Really stressed. Can someone help if they have been in same situation.

When did you receive your sofas?
