Why do the BBC obscure logos on tee shirts etc. ?

Either because it is Offensive or advertising.

More importantly, why don't they include floor plans!

Because they are not meant to promote brands.

This is the only programmes where it happens.

On many programmes, guests and presenters are discouraged from wearing branded clothing. There was something in the paper the other about someone (Tony Adams?) on 'Srickly' wearing a shirt with a logo on it.
