Cotswold company, quality of veneer?

I’m really interested in Cotswolds Company furniture.
However, I’ve bought oak veneered furniture before from other companies, and been dismayed by the poor quality of the veneer. It seems that very light use damages the very thin veneer. I’m very wary now.
Does anyone have any long term experience of the Cotswold Company? Particularly tables?
I need to hear from people who’ve had the item for a year or more.

thank you.

Not long term, but the item we ordered arrived damaged, as did the replacement they then sent out. I wouldn't recommend.

Thanks. I don’t trust the reviews as they are usually written just a few days after receiving the item. I want to know about a year down the line.

I managed to damage one of our items getting it out of the box 🤦🏼‍♀️ But the rest has lasted well!

I've got one of their shoe racks which gets wet muddy shoes on daily. We have had it for at least 5 years.

The veneer has lasted well, it needs re-waxing because we haven't kept up with polishing/cleaning it but it hasn't cracked or warped.

We have all our bedroom furniture from them. Had it 4 years now and it’s still looking brand new and beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. In fact we’re looking to order our new living room stuff from them soon. Quality is fantastic.

We bought our sofas from Cotswold Company (not wood I know) but when they arrived all of the labels were Loaf! Quality is lovely. Couldn’t be happier.
