Can you swap spotlights for pendant lights?

Hi all
Staring at my ceilings at home which are covered in spot lights. Understand the benefits of them but miss pendant lights. Do you know if it’s possible to change spotlights for pendants easily?

I believe it is. You need to buy some with a big base bit to cover the holes in my the ceiling though

I’m hoping so! As we have loads! DH isn’t keen as thinks it will be a big job but I’m going to look into it.

I would phone an electrician - I have wiring above the ceiling for a pendant light over our kitchen table but I am not sure it the same sort of wiring as the few spot lights we have ( they are LED if that makes any difference) . Never put the pendant in but apparently the wiring is there if we ever wanted it. I am sure an electrician would tell you if you phoned .
