SCS Sofa order

Hi,

Ordered sofa in store and got a 12-week lead time.

Just wondering if anyone has purchased a sofa from SCS and has it been delivered on time? only ever had secondhand sofas and the online furniture company I once worked for doing sofas were horrific in their delivery time I remember well.

If you experienced a delay, were you told with notice?

Just had ours delivered on time and received a call about 2 weeks before to arrange the exact date they could come.

I ordered a sofa from SCS on 30th August and was given an estimated delivery date of 28th October, went on their online tracker and date has been pushed back to 4th November, the tracker says they will email updates but I haven't had any emails from them as yet.
