Johnstone Singing sand or magnolia paint colour?

So we're painting our bathroom. Which colour would you choose?

The colour magnolia will vary across brands and some are more "peach" than others
From what I can see, singing sands does not have that peach tone and therefore I prefer it.
I wouldn't use either of them as I think in a bathroom mag'n'white looks very builders basic/ rental
