Help me choose a living room colour

I have grey carpets and have a stone L sofa on its way.

Ice white cafe style shutters, thinking a gold light fitting.

Going to have some beading/panelling on the walls and then what colour to paint?

They're currently white and like how bright the room is so was thinking Dimpse by F&B but I'm not sure it will work with the sofa.

Also like Mizzle.

Someone please help, it could just save a marriage also

Everything you have listed is very pale and washed out. I have Dimpse in my kitchen - it's a gorgeous light reflecting grey, but with grey carpet, white shutters and pale sofa, I'd be slapping something stronger on the walls to hold it all.

Something strong but muted maybe: Oval Room Blue type thing?
