Easy to change?

I'm not particularly DIY minded but am loathe to pay for someone to come out to change two spotlights and I need them changed as they're my bathroom lights and I'm having to do everything in the dark at the mo

Yes they are. Unscrew the metal ring and then inside you will find your bulb which should be simple to remove. The bulb may have "spring sides" so just squeeze them and it should then slide out. Then you can put your new ones in. Check your old bulb as it will tell you what wattage etc.

Very easy. Take it out - a small turn anti-clockwise and pull. Then you be able to see what type it is. You can buy replacements from supermarkets and online etc.

With mine, I gently push up and turn them at the same time and out they pop.
