I haven't tried Ikea's one but we used interior-design3d.com/ to build a 3d model of our house when we planned massive renovations. I don't think there is much difference between these two 🤔

Can be excellent. All by trained interior designers in store (they're not shop assistants trained up, they're actually interior designers!)
