If you rent what colour would you like the walls to be?

Our tenant is moving out soon and the paint needs redoing. It's currently all Gardenia, sort of a magnolia type colour. I'm thinking white but would that be too cold? Do you think all the rooms should be the same or is some kind of feature wall preferable? It's a 4 bed detached house, new build. Kitchen units are cream gloss. Thanks.

White, but allowing the tenant to paint and decorate as they see fit.

Anything but white. We once rented somewhere with a bright red feture will though and that was bloody awful too

Anything that is not magnolia.

One place I rented had pale yellow walls which was not something I expected to like but was actually quite warm.

But then as I'm allowed to do what I want here I have a red bedroom, all four walls are red.

I agree, magnolia can be pink based or yellow.

White over magnolia, definitely.
