Anyone here used VP for their bathroom?

Yes we used them and they were great x

I bought the kit for my shower room refit and all was great. Until we realised the shower had a leak. Absolute nightmare to resolve and you literally cannot speak to anyone. I wouldn’t recommend them for that reason.

I recently bought some items from them. Had no problems, but I haven't needed to contact them.

Our en suite came from them, the toilet arrived broken and like pp had a nightmare trying to resolve it, which caused problems for the rest of the work due to the delay. It took weeks to sort out, they aren’t contactable by phone. We did eventually get a replacement but they left us with the broken one to dispose of ourselves
