Best ever sofa bed

For reasons I won't go into, I need to buy a sofa bed which will be used as a bed (and, indeed, a sofa) every day for 3 months. Money isn't an issue. Is there one out there that won't kill my back/neck? Advice gratefully received!

I slept for a few years on a muji sofa bed. It's important to get one designed for daily use if you are sleepy it every night.

Muji sofa bed was very comfy - bit on the firm side but I like that.
