Converted conservatory playroom pendant lights.

Hello, I'm in need of some inspiration sharpish and I'm hoping to refer to minds better informed and more well rested than mine.

We are having a new roof put on a conservatory to make the playroom a year round room (hopefully). We have got a ring of spotlights going in but today the builder said we could put two pendant lights down the middle of the room if we liked. Yes please I said and now we have two wires dangling waiting for something lovely.

Problem I'm having (and yes I realise it isn't really a problem) is that all the pendants I like would look a bit odd as a pair. Easiest solution is just two glass lampshades for a modern minimal look but it being a playroom I wish we could have something more fun.

Any ideas?

Are these instead of the spotlights? I'd have both on two separate switches to give you flexibility with dimmers. Difficult to give you suggestions for light fittings without know the room dimensions, including ceiling height. What did you have in mind for pendant lights when you gave the go ahead?
