Help me pick a colour for my hall!

I’ve spent the last month painting the wood work from dark brown wood to white, finished ceilings yesterday and just have walls to do.

I want a colour which is fresh and contemporary, but I don’t want pure white.

I have a 5 litre pot of f&b Wevet which I was given and I love the look of. Not sure whether to get another pot of that (although it’s ££) so there’s enough or something different.

It’s not a very bright space and not much natural light. We have original parquet flooring and it’s 1930s.

Any ideas?

I did my hall in Perfectly Taupe and it's has really grown on me.

I really like F&B Elephant's Breath with white woodwork. It makes the white pop and look fresh and it reflects light well too. I have it in a dark hall and it works really well. The modern emulsion wipes clean brilliantly too (my children leave jammy fingerprints, scuffs from bookbags etc etc)

@getlamped is it the deluxe one? is it more grey or lilac? I had considered that too.

@WildCherryBlossom that looks lovely.

Yes. I'd say neither grey nor lilac, but then I don't know what! Will post pics.

It's even more bare at the moment Blush

I also really nice Duluth heritage powder colour but not sure if that’s too pink? Don’t suppose you’ve seen it in real life?

Stupidly, I didn't get my woodwork done at the same time. Decorator and I agreed it didn't need it, until after he'd finished. So that now needs freshened up.

I haven't seen that. I did my bedroom in Just Walnut and I now find it quite pink at times

I like the look of just walnut I was considering that too

I have Crown Toasted Almond in my 1930's hall and I really like it. Neutral but warm without a yellow tinge
