I am looking for a half parasol for my balcony. Top floor so needs to withstand light breeze, obviously I won't have it out when it is actually windy, but due to the height the lightest breezes are standard.
I saw one in Ikea but not sure of it's sturdiness. Also concrete or sand base? Any suggestions?
