Just back from picking the bathroom. Small room but south facing and very bright. We like very plain and have picked white gloss unit, white tile and grey concrete worktop. Grey ash flooring, pewter handles. The shower panel will be white with a bit sparkly/quartz-y.

We'll have tiling half way up so want a vivid paint colour to avoid it looking too cold and clinical. Like blues/greens/teals. Needs to be a Dulux Trade paint.

I sort of think given it's all white with a bit of (warmish) grey most things will go? I quite fancied village maze and dh teal voyage

But we are a bit crap at this so any ideas?

I have Turquoise Copper (dulux trade vinyl) in my south-facing living room and I love it. In pictures it’s more blue and in real life more green, cosy at night and strong enough to still be vibrant and not washed out in the bright sunlight we get.

Stonewashed Blue might work well.

Ohhhhhh lovely will take a look. Tester pots ahoy!

The issue I have is that we have hideous wall panels atm so I can't paint testers on the wall directly. I plan to do some big squares of paper and blue tac them up though.

If you can hear a rumbling sound that is dh's eyes rolling Grin

I have stacks of A4 tester samples, I tend to paint them on scrap paper, 2 coats. Write on the back in sharpie what they are. And then keep them in a box file after in case looking for similar colours in another room. Also has the added advantage that you can move them around different parts of the room at different times of day.
