Wallpaper or paint wall?

Wallpaper or paint the walls? Which is easier/ looks better/ cheaper?
Just want one wall done in both living rooms I think but not sure if to paint or wallpaper? But clueless really!

I always at least put lining paper on the walls before painting, I find it gives a better finish. Cost wise it depends entirely on the wallpaper you choose and the paint you choose.

If there is already wallpaper up, and it’s a non shiny surface, then the cheapest option would be to just paint over that.

Wall Parker can look really beautiful on one wall. I have elaborate ones in my bedrooms

Painting is easier but is in not a striking.
It can still liven a room tho.
