I know somebody who has one of these and it's really uncomfortable. The cushions slide off towards the floor.

Do Not Use this company. They do not honour their referral bonus unless You personally know the person and provide them with an order number. In other words, posted links don't work. Furthermore, they don't pay you off their own back, you have to call them and provide them with proof of name and order number - total con. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Also - we received our sofa - pile of rubbish.

I love my snug sofa and have nothing but praise for how they handled a slight issue.

For those saying it’s uncomfortable, which model is this? Our Rebel corner sofa is super comfy.

I actually have a friend looking to order one. If I understand correctly link above plus my order details gets her the discount. Happy to PM to others too - though first dibs to the poster if there is anything in it for her.

incorrect - their terms state you can only get a discount or a rebate as an affiliate IF they are your friend - not someone on the internet you do not know personally. It's a big con.

However, as you are unable to verify any order numbers of your friend's, we decline the issue of your reward irrespective of the efforts you mention and at this stage will not be offering any payment as we believe the terms of the offer to have been breached.

Paul I have no affiliation to snug but you seem very angry about a pretty reasonable refer a friend process.

I withdraw my offer to refer strangers and will see if I have any personal links I can give to my friend.

Angry doesn't cut it - If you give a company £15'000 of business and they don't even give you the promised £50 per order, you'd be furious too. All I'm saying is sure use it, but only suggest your true friends - otherwise, they make a huge profit and you make nothing.

But yes - in terms of quality they're not like real soafa from DFS - they're still of a much poorer quality (eg: no springs under cushions - it's a cushion on a plank of wood.

My snug sofa is ridiculously comfortable and very good quality. Incomparable to some DFS furniture, the DFS swivel chair that I bought 9 months ago, I could feel the seat cushion wearing down after a few months. Wouldn’t say this represents ‘all’ DFS furniture though.

As for the refer a friend, it was always refer a “friend”, maybe if you hadn’t made it so obvious you were referring strangers you’d have got your referral bonus.
