Outside help for cleaning grubby walls?

Of course, one can look up a local cleaner, but what you get is someone who cleans the bath and hoovers the carpet, that's not what I'm looking for. After many years, the walls of the family home are grimy and hard to reach, I don't fancy getting a bucket of water and a tall ladder and tackling it myself.
I'm looking for a spray clean, of the kind you use to clean patios, to get the decades-old dirt off, high up on the ceiling and elsewhere. The colour of the walls will change. Then we may repaint.

What might I key in to the search engine to find out 'cleaners' like this? Or can anyone recommend something for the Surrey area?

I would suggest finding a decorator. They would clean the walls and then repaint them.

I don't think it would be possible to 'wash' the walls and then not repaint. Unless there's only surface dust, in which case you could dust them with a microfibre cloth on a flat mop?

Thanks, ooh no, it's grubby. I mean, on another wall I did clean, it required sugar water and so on. But I can't reach up to the ceiling from the stairway if you see what I mean.

How does the wall you washed look? I would have thought you'd have to repaint after sugar soap?
