Kitchen Floor Tiling Cost

I just got a quote for tiling my kitchen floor in Central London of £550 for 3.5m2. It would involve removing laminate and vinyl flooring.

Does this seem right? Expensive?

that sounds reasonable we are looking at tiling our kitchen floor which is 11ft by 12 foot wide and with taking up the lino putting screed under labour and tile cost we have been qouted around £1000 in yorkshire
