Dulux Once Satinwood - smell?

Has anyone used Dulux Once Satinwood? Didn’t realise it was oil-based and three days after painting one room, the whole house still stinks! This is despite the window being almost permanently open. How long does the smell take to go?!

Why did you choose the once?

We used it last week, the smell has gone now but then again perhaps it's just been masked as we've just put together a load of flat pack furniture in that room and it now has that new wood smell.

@TellMeMoreHellebore, because I thought it meant it would only need one coat, not two?! And because I didn’t read the instructions properly and so didn’t realise it was oil-based (or whatever it is which means you need white spirit to clean brushes). Had I realised, I would have picked regular satinwood paint.

Regular satinwood is also oil based, you want quick dry satinwood to be water based.

@Somanysocks, that is exactly what I’ve bought for the next room! Live and learn and all that. We’ve always used quick dry water based satinwood previously.

Has anyone else found a way of getting the smell to dissipate more quickly?
