Tile Paint Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a tile paint for kitchen tiles. The shape is innocence but they are brown and cream which looks dated. I did paint them grey a few years ago and used a pen to 'grout' it but the paint is wearing off.

What did you use & did it last?

I would look at tile stickers instead especially if they are a pretty standard size and shape.

How to they wear around by the cooker with the heat?

I’ve never used them personally so not sure sorry!

I painted ours with a primer then oil based gloss and they look great and wash really easily even over the cooker.. I didn't even need to do anything with the grout as it looked fine just painted over.
