Who would like to critique/provide inspiration for my sad living room?

Massively outing to anyone I know IRL hence name change...

No, we don't have two TVs...that's the fire which is getting ripped out tomorrow 🙈 the door to the right of the fire (which only leads to a cupboard) is also getting blocked up.

It's a completely blank canvas though very awkward due to all the doors and the wall where the tv and fire are not being flush.

Any ideas for colours, furniture arrangements ANY inspiration welcome. Can get new flooring and considering a corner sofa? Going to get stove type fire with wooden beam. I think. I don't know. I'm absolutely rubbish at interior design and want someone to do it all for me (coughs hopefully)...

I’d also maybe move the tv to the right of the fire and maybe put the sideboard with the photos on where the tv is now, with the mirror over it. I’d definitely get a big thick curtain pole and have some thick curtains , even if they were only fake narrow ones which didn’t close . Would add warmth and coziness to the room. Would look good with matching cushions on sofa .

I got fed up of neutral bland walls and last year we changed the lounge colour to a feature wall of a light olive green and a beige/grey for the others. It’s warm and cozy yet clean and fresh
