I’m having my office/spare room decorated soon but I am struggling to decide on how. Just for context, it’s 3.5m x 2m room and house is an eighties build (ie definitely not period!), the furniture is all white wood and I spend a lot of time in this room (WFH pretty much full time).

I love wallpaper so the long wall behind me (whilst I’m sat at my desk) will be wallpapered and the rest painted. Current walls are all plain mid/darkish grey colour.

I am not a fan of neutrals and tend to gravitate towards blues and greens. I think the paint colour for the other 3 walls will be simple to choose once I’ve picked the wallpaper.

I don’t really want to go over £50 a roll but apart from that, I have no parameters for colours/patterns and I don’t mind a bit of quirk.

Has anyone got any suggestions for any lovely ones they’ve seen? There are just too many to choose from!

Front runners so far are attached

I cannot believe the price of wallpaper now. We have just bought a house and I nearly fell over when I saw the prices.

Well those I’ve attached above, one is £10, one is around £20 and the other is £42

How about a wall mural? I could have more of an impact than a bog standard repeat wallpaper.

Try Wickes or Dunelm for inspiration.

It not I

Grrr.

Try Borastepeter - lots of lovely prints and not too expensive (also lots of good pics on their website)

I've just some mural wallpaper for s 3.15 m wide room. Mural is 3m wide

It took me ages to get my head around being able to spend another £50 on 15cm

I second @bravotango's suggestion of Borastapeter, they have a really good range and some beautiful designs, the paper is also very good quality. I have a floral one in my downstairs loo that makes me happy every time I go in there.

this one is lovely

I have this one in the grey colourway but they also do a green

or this one if you wanted something a bit more out there
