Combination of colours in kitchen

Hi everyone.

I live in a 2 bed flat with open kitchen/living.
I wanna re vamp my kitchen but not sure if it'll work so need votes!!

Is it crazy/weird looking to have;

White cupboards (painted)
White splash back tiles (already in place)
Black worktop (already in place)
Then possibly wood effect laminate flooring throughout....

Yes/no please??
